In terms of game-plan and technique, of course. Where it becomes applicable is in terms of how consistently the two offenses score on a given drive, in which they're nearly identical. From that perspective, Oklahoma State is the only offense similar to Georgia's that Oklahoma has faced.
However, I did note that Oklahoma hasn't faced an offense like Georgia's, at all, this season.
