That is good to know. Plus I'm sure he will get a raise which will take him over $1M annually which is more than most teams pay their DC's.

Well that`s encouraging! Another year or two under CNS to polish up on the details might not be a bad thing. Would probably make him even more bankable. I would also think that the raise he`ll probably get this year will make it easier to stay. Hope it turns out this way.
