Agree...what do you think CNS or CPB would say to JFields at this point? He sure wouldn't play in the bowl game...

Millenials will be the death of me...if old age doesn't get me first.
College age kids are now Gen Z. Millenials are now 22-37 years old.

Are we holding onto the charade that Fields is ‘potentially ‘ leaving. When talking about Dwan Mathis pretty much said Fields was transferring listen around 10-11 sec mark

Well, for some reason I cannot embed a Twitter video.

"Millenials are now 22-37 years old."
I have six children and by this definition all six of them are millenials. No wonder my bourbon consumption has increased.

JBama knows I have 2 millennial daughters who are draining me. Think I'll open a bottle of wine and have a pity party.

If you have 6 children, you would be drinking no matter their generation.

Perhaps Kirby is just hoping that sweet swag bag will keep him around.

I just made it out of al of it. Millennials are overall killing all of us.
Millennials control barely anything going on in this country. Just the same ol' generational boogeyman stuff we've been dealing with forever. Usually the truth is the multiple cohort spanning group between middle age but before the nursing home are the ones responsible for what ills the country...because they control the wealth and decision making processes of the country. People have been complaining about the "kids these days" since God knows when...

Also, more purely football:

We're gonna be recruiting kids pretty soon who lived in a world where the iPhone always existed in their lifetime. Most of the kids we are signing right now practically only lived in a world where smartphones were a given since they were too young to appreciate the world before 2007 anyway. If you don't think that will change a whole cohort of people then you're lying to yourself. It has completely changed how we get information and how rapidly connected we are to everyone...and these kids have always lived in it and that will almost certainly shape their world.

If you don't want the "kids these days" to be any different than you then try to push the world towards neo-luddism so there are less technological and cultural deviations for each successive generation and we can start homogenizing cultural across cohorts.

I am not a millennial.
I am not a millennial.
I am not a millennial.

I refuse to accept being born in the early 80s makes me a "millennials". I will always assume Millennials means anybody born post 1990.

Those born 80-85 are called Xennials. Every generation has a “bridge group” and those born in the early 80s are just that. We had an analog childhood but a digital adulthood.

Yep - My wife and I are in a bridge group, and our boys (18 and 21) are also in a bridge group. Bridge groups tends to really fight the stereotypes of both generations which they bridge as they move through life.

To be specific, since the ancient Greeks... :D

Re: Justin Fields (potentially) Leaving Georgia - also Luke Ford

There were a couple of things in the AJC that caught my eye this AM.

First...blueshirting QB Plumlee. Totally cool with that, but I find it hilarious that when we blueshirt someone we've lied to them and ruined their lives!!!

Second...this quote from Kirby on Fields....sounds like he's off like a prom dress:

Coach Kirby Smart offered this assessment of Mathis during a press conference Wednesday: “We liked (Mathis’) athleticism and his arm motion. He’s got a really strong whip, he can pop the ball. We didn’t stay in communication the whole time from (this summer) to finding out Justin was leaving.”
