When I was deployed to Gitmo, I made the mistake one night of getting a burger at a place called the Purple People Eater. It was owned by some Haitian guys. One of the best burgers I ever had but I could have saved time and pain by simply taking the burger and putting it down the porta-potty.

I made the mistake of eating a jumbo Frank at JHS. I was in pain for 3 days.

Has the level of play in college football simply gone down in the last few years, or am I just spoiled by the level of performance from Alabama lately?

I feel like there used to be multiple good teams and multiple good games to watch on a weekend. Now it just seems like everybody sucks.

This is one of those games I cannot tell if one team is just that inept (FSU) or if the stripes are actively trying to favor one team (ND). I guess it could be both

FSU is playing a lot more disciplined football on the defensive side of the ball than I have seen in a while. They don't have great athletes, but they are in the right place.
