The post you are replying to was an ill-fated, poorly executed attempt to ridicule one of my posts.

He's not saying that, he's saying I'm saying that...which is a complete distortion of what I posted...with a little bit of nonsense and a lot of hyberbole thrown in to create a completely fetid stew.
Then that is my mistake for not reading through all of the posts. I apologize to you AlexanderFan.

You essentially asked what are the qualifications for some of the people criticizing Jalen Milroe. End of story.

BB felt the need to qualify himself to you, is he misreading your posts as well?

Never said any of those things.

And not sure where your identity politics comment in any way relates to my post.

Your entire post is a total failure in terms of accuracy and hyperbole.

Swing and a miss!

Happy Easter.

maybe you didn't mean it to come across that way he's saying, but it kinda did...

"good intel" Define that. he has been called out so many times by folks on social media. Sometime it's good, sometime he's not.
Good Intel (CB Spring Alabama Football version) = any information I come across that gives me more insight into what in the heck is going on at the football complex that I can not find anywhere else. Maybe not great intel or any at all, rather, more coverage of Alabama Football.

I always loved Eli Gold because of his enthusiasm and positive disposition towards our team. Same's true for me here.

Man, we have taken the old “the most popular guy on campus is the backup quarterback” thing to unprecedented heights this spring.

I don’t know if Milroe will start or be successful in CKD’s offense. I recognize that he has flaws as a pure QB. I recognize that this is a completely new scheme.

But good grief folks, he accounted for over 3,000 yards and 30 TDs last season. Only had 6 INTs if memory serves. Those are not “winning in spite of the QB” numbers, even in today’s game.

Some of y’all act like he didn’t make a single good play last season and was a complete liability at all times.

I was a student at UA from 2003-2006, and attended a number of Dubose-era games before that. I’ve seen bad-to-awful QB play at Alabama. Milroe ain’t it. We’ve been spoiled by a run of high draft pick QBs and Milroe is probably not that - but it’s not like we are trotting Brandon Avalos out there.

Yes yes we get it, the criticism of Milroe is invalid because the people criticizing haven’t played D1 football, coached D1 football , played in a Super Bowl, touched Vince Lombardi’s hat, caught a Dan Marino touchdown pass, or took a handoff from Joe Montana.

Most of the criticism from posters here is the same criticism that comes from people with qualifications to asses/critique quarterback performance.

Geeze at the identity politics.

You must have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express.

. . . probably not that?

Interesting stuff in the video. Thanks for posting. It sounds like we have a young staff that is doing all they can to coach up the players, and the players are excited to get the coaching that (maybe) they weren't getting previously. Very encouraging.
From everything I’ve heard and read, I don’t think there’s any question the energy level is higher. What that means, how it translates to on-field performance and, if in that area it’s an improvement, is it sustainable? We’ll see next fall.

It sure beats the alternative of low energy levels and complaints about anxiety. From everything I've heard and read, we have reason to be positive, with exciting times ahead. I certainly look forward to kickoff August 31st.

Only if you are the Horse.

My daughter’s on the Equestrian Team at The University of Alabama…she works hard. They all do…It’s also one of the most dangerous SPORTS in the world…she got first in her discipline that day. Extremely proud of my student/athlete.

Some of you might be happy about this comment from RB recruit James Simon...

“The scrimmage, I would say, was great,” he said. “It was intense. It’s definitely what I expected. Just seeing the boys go at it, and seeing them compete against each other was a really good experience to see it first-hand.

“I would say Ty Simpson is the one who really stood out to me, if I had to pick someone,” he said. “He was making a lot of plays I didn’t expect. I just didn’t know much about him. Just seeing him come in with the second group doing what he did was exciting to see.”
