Who declined the penalty? If the penalty was declined by LSU and the catch was out of bounds then it should be 4th down.

I don’t actually know the answer on this one. He took 2 steps, but lost it on the ground. If that happened in the full field of play, it would be either incomplete or a fumble.

Dang, every time I tune into the LSU game, USCe does something stupid and I try to change the channel before LSU can take advantage. Wearing out my remote batteries, lol.
