Solid win, but only 2 carries for Haynes seems like a bad idea. Too many designed QB runs when our backs were averaging 8 yards a carry. Better reads by 4, but he still missed a couple. We have lots of weapons and will need to spread the ball around more to beat good teams.

I personally think that you can characterize JM as a RB who also has the ability to throw the ball 30+ yards with very good accuracy much of the time.

We need to develop more consistent pass rush. I have not seen much blitzing , but I do recall a safety blitz by Saab. We may have to do more going forward.

0 touches for KLaw. For this guy to be a Deebo Samuel type player and a speedster that’s hard to get on the ground, I’ve not seen anything that looks like a purposeful trying to get him the ball. Maybe it’s there but for whatever reason hasn’t happened. I’m at a loss.

Agreed, I am used to gap control, and this group slants and stunts and gets up field. Just hoping success continues.

Yeah. He was going in for a tackle and one of our guys hit him in the side of the knee. Hopefully it's just a sprain or something like that.

We had plenty of games of poor tackling under CNS. Especially the last four or five years.

I said they will improve this weekend and they did. We saw better play from everyone all around. I wasn't concerned. Sometime, we just have to stop overreacting and trust the coaches to do their jobs.
