Bama Game Thread: Official post-game thread - Bama beats Wisconsin 42-10

Funny, but I doubt that. He's catching balls all over the place this year. He's a stud wr.
I have a Texas fan friend that comes over every Saturday to watch the Texas game and it pains me to watch Bond score on plays like the one tonight where he ran a slant at the goal line and Ewers hit him with a perfect indefensible throw or the drag route check down for the 1st down on 3rd and medium.

Yeah, I hate how he left but for him personally going to Sarks system was the best move for his personal NFL career. He will get a ton of balls thrown at him.

if Kentucky even remotely had a pulse on offense uga is looking at a blowout loss.

It kinda reminds me of the last few Mizzou-Georgia games in which Georgia got caught sleepwalking and ended up fighting for their lives. If Mizzou just makes one more big play then they win.

Georgia is probably the deepest team in the country in talent and experience but Kirby’s defense struggles with a competent passing game and Beck can be had. I think Alabama’s first string can beat anyone but it’s the deeper we go into the depth chart where I really worry. I think UGA-UA will be a real good game

Why would you subject yourself to that? He must be a very good friend ha!

Call me crazy but I have grown accustomed to seeing McClain, Hightower, UpShaw, Foster, Mosely, Ragland, and Evan’s amongst others. I am sure you’ll agree we are not looking at that.
I don't think this is correct. You can search through Tidefans and see posts dating back to Coach Saban's early years where we are discussing if "thud tackling" in practice was contributing to our poor tackling results on the field. We are quick to fondly remember yesteryear and forget the day to day struggles and frustrations of seasons past.

Not looking a lot like the Goldwasser D either - porous as you please and especially on 3rd and long across the middle (LB-less coverage of the TE). and there was no withdrawal pangs for that either, nor phantom post-part(ing) blues for Poor Petey Begone..

After yesterday's games I will admit that I am totally confused. I overrated Wisconsin and underrated Kentucky. Could it be that Alabama is that much better than Georgia? Alabama and Georgia were both on the road, so no home field advantage. I guess the real question is who is better, Kentucky or Wisconsin? I personally think that on a neutral field, Kentucky is the superior team. Georgia was underwhelming and Kentucky played over their heads and it almost cost the dawgs. Based on what I saw yesterday, Alabama should beat UGA in two weeks. The caveat is which teams show up on Saban Field at Bryant Denny Stadium on September 28th.
