Milroe now seems to refuse to do what he does best. On that last second down he had a wide open escape to the right. Maybe could have had the first down, but he seems very reluctant to run lately. I guess he trying to prove he can actually throw the ball instead of helping his team.

How long is he supposed to have to throw? He’s had plenty of time.

You can’t expect the line to block everyone every play. Milroe is supposed to see the pressure and throw where the pressure came from. That’s the counter to pressure.

Alabama doesn’t have that in their tool box.

The line isn’t great. They were over hyped. Milroe makes it worse. The right tackle is bad and proctor is just ok but still slow. Again add in bad qb and it’s a mess. So it’s not exclusive one or other.
