I have a real problem with things like this. The rules were the rules AT THAT TIME. Can UA sue the NCAA for extra scholarships or lost revenue for things we got penalized for that were illegal then, but not now? Can Terry Bowden sue for lost income due to going undefeated, but being on a bowl ban for conduct that didn’t happen on his watch? Fix the problem going forward, but don’t open the can of worms for the past.
