because he went to a funeral of a player that he knew and cared for? wouldn't that be more out of grieving and paying respect than out of trying to be classy?

your half right bamanut_aj because i would believe the classy part is that he ignored all the stuff between he and LSU and went and paid respect to a player he had coached for....thats at least how i see it.

You can't act classy...you are classy. I think that is something a lot of people don't seem to understand. Coach Saban is a classy guy...and this was why he was there at the funeral. He didn't go to the funeral so that he would look like he had class. Chill out people...seriously.
