What song would you like to hear, when the Jumbo Trons kick on for the first game?

I think Toby Keith's "How do you like me now" would be great! I realize it's not a song that one generally thinks of, but it is how I'm feeling now towards the rest of college football. We've been the laughing stock of the NCAA for a number of years now and that line (HOW DO YOU LIKE ME NOW)alone says it all to me!

Of course, "Welcome to the Show" works too.
 
I will not be there, but if I was going to be there, I would like to hear the elephant roar like its never roared before.
 
Besides Yea, Alabama: "Boom" by POD is a neat song.

And, I agree with Vinny - but I think we need a new elephant roar. IMO, the one that is used in B-D sounds like it just got kicked in the neeners.
 
"Hell's Bells" by AC/DC and everytime the bell tolls show a graphic that says 12 National Championships, then our SEC championships, then our All-Americans, or after the SEC champs go into the starting line-up.

Gotta agree with Crimson Flyboy.

Nothing is sweeter than hearing that drumroll and hearing those 5 notes in the stadium and hearing 92,000 fans yell at the top of their lungs. It is absolutely beautiful!

If you didn't seem to hear it everywhere else, I would love to hear Metallica's "Sandman." But too many others have done it for too long for us to start now.
 
I would LOVE it if the MDB didn't play Basketcase.... everyone is so sick and tired of hearing that stupid song, lets just let Green Day play it.

As crazy as your sarcastic answer is, I sort of agree ALLVOL. Because for most of my 41 years, before the Fulmer/NCAA scandal tied one of our hands behind our back, hearing Rocky Top while attending a Bama game was one of the sounds that meant a sure victory for the TIDE!

Roll Tide Roll. I believe the Vols know that the days of beating "Alabama-light" are over.

Or whatever it is. Just an inane, grating, drive-you-insane type song. It really should be saved for use in CIA torture programs. You could get whatever information you wanted after about 30 minutes of that.

Of course, what do you really expect when the unofficial school song describes being proud that you are uneducated, you have no phone, you make moonshine, and you killed the 'revenooer' who came to check up on you?
