Yeah, some Californians football is virtually non-existent. I can't explain other than that I believe those are the ones that didn't play any sports in their lifetime. This is hard to believe but trust me, it's true.
I'm in complete shock that the game is this close. That "new" offense of UT's is struggling for sure.
And it's funny because if you look at cities that have won the most titles in all levels of sports (This was brought up during ESPN's Titletown bit this summer), you really can't even touch Los Angeles.
Did ya'll notice that they didn't play rocky flop after the TD? I am so confused and happy at the same time.
TN looks weird trying to out-finesse someone - they've had their best success in power-I formations...
Anybody here pulling for UT. I know many here hate the PAC-10 and I think them overrated myself, but Fulmer tried, and nearly succeeded, to destroy our program. As long as he is in charge of that program, I will pull for all of their opponents.
Go Bruins!!!!!!!!
And if the Vols at some point were to get the death penalty---Good riddance!
Holtz just said that it doesn't matter if you score points in football. Wow! He also gave UCLA a chance to win b/c their socks were straight.
Given the cut-and-dry calculation of the rankings and the 25% weight given to schedule strength, I have to say that it has to be better for us if UT (and all our other opponents) are undefeated except for when we beat them. Correct?
Thus, while I certainly am not a UT fan (they're that neighbor that you just can't stand, remember?), I won't be hoping for a UCLA win, either.
Does this make me a traitor ?![]()
