Uhhh... YES , when by the actions of the students not filling their seats prove its not that important to them. It's not like we are suggesting taking all of the students seats.... Just the number that was allotted to them during the last expansion since they obviously don't like the upper deck.

Another year and yes....... I still HATE Tennessee!!
