Where might I find these board rules?

I'm sure the last thing they're thinking about right now is announcing the spring game, I just wondered if anyone has the magic formula to calculate the date, I need to put in my vacation dates at work. I'm guessing April 20th, but I've been known to be wrong once or twice... :)
