Am i crazy for not being overly concerned about who we picked up and who we didnt? I felt especially this year that talent wasn't the biggest issue but coaching. I am more concerned about getting better staff in here, particularity the OLine and offense.

The Kirby hate is strong around here, personally i like the guy. He makes a boneheaded playcall once in a while, but overall hes got a strong program over there.

Reading this makes me feel a little more confident in the program. Do you think that CKD will make staff changes? Do you think Russell is gonna stay? Not being combative, just genuinely curious.

It feels like to me the program is treading water right now. Trying to hold on to the dominant years under Saban. But thats all history now. Is CKD the answer? Might be might not be. Could we find someone NOW to replace him? Highly doubtfull I dont have the answers, especially in this topsy...
