I agree. Nutt is the kinda guy you hate until he's on your team. How many times has he out coached us and beat us with inferior talent? Do I truly want him to be the next coach? No, but we could certainly do worse.

I agree completely with the title of this thread. It would have been nice to have gotten RR last week but that was sort of the 2:00 minute warning and we went into the locker room without a head coach, which is fine. May as well take Halftime into the top of January now. I think we are waiting...

I think we should wait until the NFL playoff situation is locked up but not neccesarily for Saban. I think we should wait because there will be alot more candidates in play in 3 weeks, not just Saban. This is the dead time for recruiting anyways so I see no reason to jump to a "B" list candiate...

Thanks for the support, we appreciate it. The national perception is pretty far from the truth regarding our coaches and the only cure is to start winning again. Decades of success has bred contempt among many and now that we are down, everyone is taking their shots. That's life.
