In my opinion Cooper has the best outside shot on the team from a mechanical and consistency point of view. I wonder why he doesn't play more? Defensive issue maybe?

I hate our offense. We have no down low screening/picking to free our big guys for high percentage shots. All our screening is out on the perimeter which wastes time and tries to free guys who can't hit the open shot when they get it. Frustrating.

Why can't Alabama shoot from the outside? Is the offense so conservative it makes the players hesitant and tight or do our guys spend too much time on the weights instead of developing relaxed shooting habits? I wish Coach Grant knew how to fix it.

Our zone offense is weak. No cutters to the basket, no inside penetration, just pass around the top of the key until the shot clock runs down and then take a poor shot.

Lot's of youngsters here but that's cool. Close call between 1985 Iron Bowl and 1966 Ala/Tenn in Knoxville, 11-10 Bama. Very difficult conditions but one of the best Alabama teams in history.
