Regarding his father Chris.....heard a Buddy Ryan interview a few years ago and a caller asked why did Buddy/Eagles let Carter go to the Vikings in his prime. "All he does is catch touchdowns." Buddy finally provided real reason......Chris was associating with a bad crew in Philadelphia area...

How about giving LSU 3 points to start the game?

WB4B, With all due respect.....Donovan McNabb had every chance to succeed in Philadelphia. Pretty successful career....numbers wise, sans SB Ring. It's no shock to the NFL world that he remains unclaimed. That's the LOOK he had running a 2 minute offense.

Re: Gut Feeling I see a "Wave of Yellow" exiting stage left during the waning minutes of the 3rd quarter...... "The tide was near the turn and already the day was on the wane." (James Joyce) As for my gut.....too many IPA's to feel much of anything. Roll Tide.:BigA:

WOW, LSU has this one in the bag according to them

LSU simply is more physical than opponents to-date. Not the case with this Tide squad. Tigers fans hold-up gameday signs of wanting Bama. Well you gots Bama.....in Tuscaloosa! Blame the refs all you want..... Alabama will not be pushed around. 4th Quarter equals Richardson and pain...

Question: Where to watch the Alabama/Arkansas game in Philadelphia

There's an Alumni group watching at The Tavern on Broad St. Tavern located at bottom of Bellevue Hotel. Beer ain't cheap. Good group from all over the country. Take public transit....parking also expensive. Roll Tide.

    question: Alvin Lee

Alvin had this unusual shooting motion, turning slightly to his left and releasing at an angle....different but brutally effective. Played a few pick-up games with him at the REC Center back in the day. R.I.P.
