Does anyone have a good recipe they use for frying alligator. I have looked at a bunch online and have a good idea what I can do, but if some has a 'proven' recipe they'd like to share that would be great!

Props to you and your wife buzzard, for raising the boy to be a 'man'. I too think these types of things are becoming all to common it many aspects of everyday life. Sadly, I believe it provides a good outlook on what the future holds.

I'm with Lazlo on this one. I like pretty much everything and will try anything at least once, with the exception of crazy stuff from other countries. You know, like, fried scorpion - stuff like that.
