Outside of Marshall or Smart the fanbase is not going to be very excited about the hire and the new Coach will be behind the 8ball in terms of support right from the start. I have a feeling we are going to end up wishing Grant was never fired. Not good. RTR '14

Really hard to explain his demise. His rookie year with the Browns showed a lot of promise. Hard to believe that was the pinnacle of his career so far. Hope he gets another chance.

Agreed. We have lost our identity on offense. I know Kiffin has done a good job, I'm just not a fan of that style of offense.
