If Pakistan STARTS to devolve into a civil war type situation you will probably see the quickest multinational coalition in history formed. Not to invade but to bomb all possible nuke sites into oblivion. Nobody wants the "crazier" Pakistanis to get hold of those nukes.

Yeah- they are. TI and BOL are both pretty good all around. BOL is a little better from a recruiting standpoint but one thing I've noticed is that people who are members on both will take stuff from BOL and run and post it on TI. TI allows this to be done pretty much while BOL is a little less...
