Was really hoping to get either Matta or Oats, so I’m excited about the hire. Oats is a fantastic basketball coach and will change the culture of Alabama basketball. Hopefully he can keep most of the roster in tact and add to an already decent recruiting class. Byrne did good! rtr

Watford is waiting until April 20 to announce at the Jordan Classic All Star game. It appears to be 50/50 right now that he signs with Bama. He's friends with several on the team and his Dad and the family are all huge Bama fans. On the other hand, they are close to Penny and Mike Miller...

Been a while since I've posted on here, but I believe there's too much "out there" now for CAJ to be back next season. I believe that once the season(s) are over for us and the prospective coach, then the dominos will begin to fall. I fully believe that Steve Prohm is likely to be Bama's coach...

Like has been stated already and like most coaches, Saban is a coach that is looking out for he, his family, and his product. I'm sure he has grown to have an admiration and appreciation for the University, but this is all just business to him and most all coaches. Things don't always get...

Re: Rumph to Texas Definitely entitled to your opinion, but as far as position coaches/coordinators as well as recruiting, they appear to be very distinguished among peers and those in the know. Head coaching has been their weakness. Smart hires IMO. Hope Coach O joins the Tide. rtr

I will say that although Bama has struggled again this year, Charleston isn't too bad of a lower conference team. They are explosive offensively and they played a very good Baylor team very tough recently only losing by 5. Bama will have to play at a high level to upset Wichita State next...

I agree that he should be gone and I believe he probably will be after this next season. Whether he's gone or not though, the Buckeyes will get hammered by the NCAA and will become consistently mediocre for at least a few seasons.

The NCAA is just covering themselves and trying to get through this postseason. It's obvious that the "high profile" teams in this postseason is getting preferential treatment because that means more money and money is what it's all about for them. The truth is the NCAA is contradicting...

He's not been the same since the Arky game. I began to notice it at the start of the Florida game. He just has glimpses of his former self from time to time. No doubt that he hasn't completely recovered from the surgery. I think we will see closer to the old Ingram at the bowl game.
