I'm back, and was checking up to see how the Tide was doing this season. The new fiancee and I are planning a weekend to get away and spend with my parents halfway between home and College Station. Birmingham/Tuscaloosa is about halfway, and since Mom is a Bama grad we chose to hit up TTown...

There are two stories from where it originated, but I believe the real one was waaay back in the early 1900s when we were about to play TCU.... One of the cadets told the Aggies to go out and "gig" the horned frogs from TCU.... it stuck from there!!

Lose to Houston 7-6, TWICE!! 5 errors in the first game, and a few in the second. This was not the team that had played all year.... I am dumbfounded, and disappointed!! It saddens me when a team like Houston, who doesn't have near the talent we do, comes in and beats us due to stupid...
