OSU played much better

Defense yes, offense...wasn't like they were in the UT red zone a lot....one was the result of 2 penalties on a drive and the other a busted coverage....apart from those they didn't threaten...yet UT were in the OSU red zone 4 times...and managed to shoot themselves in the foot

Osu getting Patricia was the coaching hire of the year. Kelly last season as o coordinator too. Lotsa money being spent up there in Columbus but it appears to be a program lots of coaches want to be a part of

This may be an incentive to go coach there.....

Was expecting way more from both these teams but I guess this was the typical non-cohesive early season type game because it was kind of a yawner. Not impressed with either team even with the loads of talent on each sideline.

BTW…I hate watching Caleb Downs playing for the Buckeyes. That’s one player we lost due to Saban retiring and it still stings.

This was a weird game.

Gonna be interesting watching these two teams over the season...

We'll see if both giants look average because they played each other or they're both overhyped. Ohio st plays in the weak Big so we won't really know until the season unfolds. Texas is going to be tested every week and has a tougher schedule so their body of work is easier to dissect
