we shall see, but it seems his parents were the one telling him to hold off committing to Bama when he was ready do so and "encouraged him to take more visits."
they apparently fell in love with khaki on their visit and decided to take the plunge.

IIRC, family friend played at Michigan. Plus, his parents are sold on the Michigan academics.

You can't ever argue with an academic choice. We have a GREAT University, but some schools are a better fit for certain kids. If that's why he REALLY choose the maize and blue, good for him...

Agreed. If UM finishes 8-4 and gets routed by OSU as I expect, Harbaugh won't be at UM. We will still recruit him incredibly hard.

Well they won more than 8 games but they got exposed by OSU. It seems the country can't seem to get it through their heads that schedule matters and these slow footed northern teams and the teams out west who think they are playing yard basketball are not playing the kind of football that wins championships and gets you to the league.
