[h=1]La. Tech's Jaylon Ferguson disinvited to scouting combine[/h]
The NFL has rescinded Louisiana Tech pass rusher Jaylon Ferguson's invitation to the scouting combine after a background check turned up an off-field issue that made him ineligible under the league's policy, sources tell NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero.

Ferguson, the NCAA's all-time sack leader, was convicted of simple battery his freshman year at Tech following a fight at a McDonald's. As per the rules, that's enough to take away a combine invitation. The NFL told clubs last month players would be barred from the combine "if a background check reveals a conviction of a felony or misdemeanor involving violence."

Ferguson also received a public intoxication charge while in college. A potential first-round selection, teams have already begun reaching out to schedule visits. Those will increase with him not going to the combine.

6'10" apparently.

No kidding. Haskins came in at 6'3 yesterday. Does he look only 5 inches taller?

Quinnen Williams ran a 4.84 forty at 303 pounds! That time is blowing up on twitter, top trending story right now. AMAZING a man that size can move that fast. BTW , that time is faster than half of the starting QBs in the division he will probably be drafted . BEWARE NFC WEST!

Kyler Murray might have won the NFL scouting combine without taking the field

On Thursday, he measured 5-10 1/8 and weighed in at 207 pounds. Sure, that’s still far smaller than the average NFL quarterback. But some scouts had worried that Murray was as short as 5-8 and as light as 185 pounds. Instead, he's just half an inch shorter than Seattle’s Russell Wilson, who has proven himself capable of playing at a championship level despite limited height.

This will be interesting.

The photo at the Heisman may have a bad angle for comparing heights but I still don't believe the 5-10 1/8
