Johnson visited Alabama over the weekend. Reports said he had a great experience . Wilfong just CB to Bama. He could play safely too depending on his physical development. He's has several more unofficial visits coming up before his verbal announcement on March 20.

Watched his video and the kid is athletic and fast. As you suggest SJC, I think he looks like a safety and in the swarm D they have brought in they funnel plays to the safety and this guy looks like he can do the job. Hope he picks us.

Judging on the offers I've seen, id say the staff has a type they are looking for at that tweener LB/safety position. This is probably the best of that type available. Would be a great pickup.

It does look good for Duke. Three more CB's recently and we are the only school with a CB. He is #28 on the 247Sports composite and will be a 5* once they expand the issuing of 5* recruits.

He can run and hit. I know this may be a slight stretch but his highlight video reminds me of Rueben Foster's. Really good RB also.

It seems Deboer and staff likes to recruit players that can play both ways ( Derrick Smith and Z. Smith). That bodes well for a roster that's loaded with athletes!
