let me get this right, we can bash shula, but we can't bash gottfried? they gave this game to us. we were up 18 in the first half. we made almost no adjustments

I agree with that statement. Florida made some huge adjustments during halftime and while we probably made some adjustments we a) didn't follow through on those adjustments or b) didn't make the right changes.

Bashing CMG makes no logical sense in this game, guru, or whatever your name is. I don't expect most to understand BB, and I expect this forum to get bombarded by the same after a loss. Never fails...

It is remarkable, isn't it. It's almost as if we have people who are disappointed that we didn't lose by 30, so they have to complain about losing by a handful...

Actually, I'm happy just to be able to watch them on the internet. I never get to see them play. Turnovers just "irk" me. It's a coaching thing!

Alabama Crimson Tide ( 18-7 / 5-6 ), now go on to play the Kentucky Wildcats in Tuscaloosa on Saturday, February 17. The game is a 2:00pm tip off on LFS.

Hopefully our boys can bounce back at home and put one on "Tubby".

Well, I thought we played Florida down to the wire and we crumbled as time started to dwindle down. I hope we can put forth that same intensity against Kentucky on Saturday.

And with Davidson being the only Senior. I think we've seen a little glimps into the future with Coleman tonight. He's played well, for the little time he's had on the court this year, but for a freshman to come out and play like he did, in the #1 team's home court.....I like it.

Honestly, with what we've done this year, with this team (which is loaded), I expect the usual no matter what. A good team that makes the tournament and gets beat by a Horizon League team in the 1st or 2nd round. I'm not bashing, it's honestly the way I feel about it. I wish for just ONE year before I die that we could compete for a NC in BASKETBALL.

OK, I get it. I'm used to "mud season" in the CO Rockies - May and June. I've never been in AZ and NM when rain was a problem...

I don't know. I think we've come a long ways. When I was younger the goal was just beating Kentucky. I think When we beat Kentucky for the SEC championship in 80 or 81 with Bobby Lee Hurt and Ennis Whatley that put us over that hump. Then it was make it into the tournament and wins some games. We did that. Now we need to set those goals a bit higher!

Sooner, Cecil had an excellent column, two weeks or so back, on the season. People who aren't familiar with BB don't realize what the PG means to the team. Go read his article. We're loaded, but it doesn't mean a damn thing, if we're crippled at the point - and we are. Look at LSU. They'd be top ten, with a PG...

Well, usually it isn't if you have a "paved" road like most of the other parts of the Reservation. But, we live in the middle of the Reservation and there ain't much around!
