And the college football world freaks out (or "Alabama lives rent free in everybody's head 24/7/365")

And here's the CFB FPI & SOR/SOS for the top 20 Strength of Record teams. Looking at Strength of Schedule, we're 18 and UGA is 3. NOBODY ELSE is even close other than LSU, Florida, TAMU, & So Car who just happen to be ... yes, you guessed it, SEC teams.

75th - at one point early in broadcast they said this is near bottom of the power four conferences - the acc schedule was trash

I look at warrennolan.com's ELO ranking. If you just used those numbers with the automatic bids, then SMU would be in and Indiana out. It would look like this. #1 Oregon, #2 UGA, #3 Boise, #4 Clemson, #5 Notre Dame, #6 Texas, #7 Ohio State, #8 Penn State, #9 Tennessee, #10 Alabama, #11 SMU, #12 Arizona State.

Then the Big 10 would be up in arms but Indiana really didn't beat anybody this year either. Michigan is about the only one I can think of.
