It is. I think they may have to hang out in League One for a couple of years before their next promotion, but I fully expect them to move up by the 26-27 season at the latest. I think they'll go up in 25-26.

Slightly off topic, but Ipswitch Town has been promoted to the EPL after just being promoted last year to the Championship. Finished second both years. Congrats to them . Tough sledding ahead.

Huge game the other day dubbed the Hollywood Bowl. Packed house. Tom Brady and his Birmingham FC against Wrexham. BHam won 3-1. They are saying Birmingham has double the budget or more of the other teams. Excellent pub for the league though.
