Truth is, EVERY QB has a "glass jaw" if hit enough. They may vary on how much "pressure" it takes to break it, but, there is ALWAYS a breaking point...

I have to mention a critical element that helped produce some of those cracks in Ryan Mallet's glass jaw, and I have yet to see it mentioned in any analysis of the game.
I was in Seattle a few weeks back, seeing two longtime friends who moved there years ago from Anniston. Husband is a huge Bama fan, in more ways than one. While I was there, he asked me if I could get him a Tide polo shirt - triple X large - after I got back to B'ham. I put it in the mail last Monday. It arrived at halftime on Saturday. He put it on. The rest, as they say, is history.
