"As the Plains Burn" Summary of Cam Newton Saga on TD.com

You can't be middle-aged because of what that makes me... :D
 Hate to break it to you, E.

Have you had time to read through this whole pdf yet? Quite a lot of interesting tidbits in there. Like so many others have said: If only 50% of it is true, AU is in for a world of hurt.

Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch.

I think there's a lot in the thread which is accurate. There's some conjecture which could be true. Of course, "W&L" is a Montgomery attorney. If he's deep into religion, it's outside my knowledge...

Why is it taking so long for the NCAA to step in? Are they just letting AU get in deeper trouble or do you guys think they are having trouble pulling the pieces together?
They are not known for swift action. Sometimes, being sure the pieces fit takes time...

For a moment lets just forget all the evidence presented and talk about common sense.

1. Auburn signs a top 3 recruiting class by a new coach with no history of winning. A miracle.

2. Major signees include several high profile recruits that abruptly change to Auburn from another long time favorite school.

3. 2011 recruiting class is largely back to 25th in the ratings because the heat is on big time.

4. How does Cecil Newton all of a sudden become financially well set and his business starts to grow during a slow economy. Did Cecil become an astute business man in 30 days.

5. Cecil asks for money from MSU then sends his son to Auburn for nothing because of exactly why.

6. The bagmen at Auburn are still in control and do we really think they just suddenly decided to play fair with Bama signing a top 5 recruiting class every year.

The only thing I cannot explain is something that anyone that played on a football team would understand. If ATM Cards and money is being floated around to several players I can almost guarantee the entire team knows about it and every girlfriend of any player knows as well.

Trying to say the coaching staff is not aware of paying players is also absurd.

I can also state the recruiters of other schools can immediately tell if a player they have recruited has been bought by another school. Will guess several have turned in the barn.

The barn is toast. Too much smoke.

I see one miracle and five co-incidences.

Did I see that you mentioned a name? Do you mind saying who he is?

Whether I like my neighbor or not, I do not relish the thought of his house burning down.

I do not wish that the barn cheated. But if they chose to cheat, it'd be a pity if they did not get a "nice steaming cup of justice."

It's posted somewhere on this board not sure where I think we are losing control of the topic.

Not sure why we have so many adding their thought to Pre-posted stuff.

My wish is that we let the NCAA handle this, we support the Tide and let them come up with their decision. We cannot control it. All of our comments do not mean anything other than we have posted something that some do not read.

Let's concentrate on this Friday and let what happens, happen.

Now, I'm going to get flamed. Already have from my Aunt.

Bama wins, but, come on folks, Cam Newton should be the Heisman Winner.

Roll Tide!

If he didn't cheat, yes...absolutely. If he did cheat, no...absolutely not. rtr
