A quick Top 9th. Kaufman got single but erased on double play to end game. We need to not let that kind of play carry over. 16-4 final.

Was really hoping we could take the series against a 5-4 OU team even after last night. Games like today can shake up the confidence the guys had built up pretty quick. Hopefully, they can gut out a win tomorrow before heading back home to face their best opponent yet in Southern Miss.

Yes, they looked like a good team to me. Made some really good defensive plays and put the bat on the ball. Their weakness yesterday was all the walks they gave up, but we never made them pay.
