makes you think nate may have a player or 2 that dont really fit his system on the roster. I know its selfish but I'd trade a bench warmer for a solid backup pg in a second

Oats just overcame a huge challenge and this is big. He'll have the talent he needs for immediate results, and that can only mean good things for the program! I have to admit I'm finally starting to get excited.

In two weeks on the job I think our new coach is already turning this thing around. That buzz he has been creating just turned into Thunder. Call me silly but I'll go ahead and predict Watford to The Capstone.

If this team buys in to what CNO is wanting to implement, they may be in for a very special season next year. Happy that both Kira and John decided to stay.

Oats clearly played some Portal on the PC back in the day because he beat the Transfer Portal no problem

Re-recruiting Petty and Lewis can't hurt our efforts to pull Watford.

Having a talented PG and a SG would have to be attractive to him.

I agree Watford should put the icing on the cake. I really think Watford comes. CNO is not playing around.

I agree on Watford. With Kira, Petty and Mack coming back and add Watford and the other three signees who all appear to be good shooters/scorers we will be fun to watch. Hopefully that translates to wins.

I wonder with Oats 4/1 and 5/0 philosophy if Smith will be asked to look elsewhere. As good as Reese shoots 3's I think Oats will keep him around.

Smith seems like the type of big who can contribute in a spread out running offense though. Maybe not fast. I dont even know about fleming
