Well, I got to watch the first half but couldn’t watch the second, so I must’ve been a jinx. As Gene Stallings used to say, a win is a win. Looks like “the book” on Bama is slap, grab, hold, bump, and smack them and dare the refs to call everything. The guys might as well get used to it now because that’s what they’ll get the rest of the way. Glad they fought through it to go 2-0 against Arky (and Musselman) for the year. Nice to see that Q is getting back on track. We’ll need him playing well down the stretch.

I missed the last two minutes. I thought we showed a lot of mettle in this game. Arkansas is clicking at the right time of the year. Add to that we don’t get home cooking from the refs.

I thought for about 15-17 minutes after halftime we played great basketball. Now A&M goes down, AU is a shambles, and what more could we ask for? Just finish!
Auburn got skull drug at Rupp today.

I was at the game today and if there was a good, bad, ugly thread let's just say everything about the first half was bad and ugly. On to the second half. Thank goodness Q and Miller woke up in the second half or we wouldn't have come back and won. Not sure what's going on with Clowney but he didn’t seem to be focused today. Had several passes he missed that could have resulted in points he missed handled. I thought Pringle provided a big spark the few times he was put in in the second half. Would have liked to seen Pringle playing more in the second half because of Clowneys struggles today on offense. Now let's go out and stomp the Barn Wednesday night and win the regular season outright. RTR!

Well, we couldn't hit the broad side of a barn in the first half but stayed close. Second half we came to play. We only made 3 - 3 pointers all day, (13%). If we were to just make even close to our normal number of three's, this game might not have been so close. And why is it, when the other team needs a three, it goes in, especially when they don't normally shoot threes. But hey, it's a win. One more W and we win the SEC.

Yep. Saw a couple stories on this from Tuscaloosa media. The Tuscaloosa News article admits it's been done all year but still criticize it. Nobody saw it except for the Coleman crowd but I guess media will make sure everyone knows about it now.
CNO addressed it in the post game, Its just one more reason these kids need to act like they have been there before. Its one reason I stopped watching the NFL. If these kids want to act , get into acting school and move to Hollywood. I must be too old school. But I wont apologize for it.

Clowney has kinda been in a funk lately...but Pringle's minutes have been a boost! Think he'll be a monster next year!

Just looking at the box score Pringle played 7 minutes, 7 pts with 4 rebounds. Seemed like Pringle provided a spark for the offense the few minutes he played I thought. I know we wouldn’t be where we are at now without Clowney.

Doesn't Pringle sub more for Bediako? They have different games but I like what Pringle can do. Pringle needs to work on free throws.

Bediako seems to still be improving in mobility; I've seen him chase down balls lately that I hadn't seen before. Pringle is much more mobile; he focuses and works hard to get rebounding position and maintain his block out. Pringle has better touch, including dunking, around the basket.

Bediako usually does well keeping his feet on defense and his size (height and reach) is a real advantage.

I'm not sure why Sears had to come out in that last substitution. The dude had just hit four or six free throws. He missed 1/2 before that, but he is a great free throw shooter and has icewater in his veins. Coach takes him out and Griffin gets fouled next (instead of Sears). Misses 1/2. I just thought taking Sears out in that situation was odd (and I disagreed). It worked out fine, but I was not puzzled at the time.

Everyone is commenting now, seems the national media is hell bent on disparaging this kid.
I love this team and I love Miller but in this one particular instance the media has a fair point.

To still do that routine with everything that's going on is completely tone deaf.

Our PR the last week has been less than stellar.

Things are difficult enough right now without pouring gas on a fire.

He was injured. He came out holding his quad and spent a while on the exercise bike...
