****Bama vs. MSU PreGame Thread****

First thing outta my hubby's mouth: "Why is it another late game??" Me: "IDK think they are trying to kill me w/ the wait or something." We getting more night games, or is it just that I got so use to living in WA. that I didn't really notice? Either way it is a torturous thing they are doing to the fans...I would be mad if I didn't love the team so much. ;) I might also be a little more forgiving if they would show good games to build up to the main show, but so far I am not impressed. I am going to go out on a limb and say that the rest of college football is basically a letdown 'in relation to' the Crimson Tide football. Think re-watching the 60 min. special another time a bad thing? 4 times isn't bad right?
 
I like the late games. My husband works every other Sat and is off by 2:30. So the late games give him a better chance to watch the games with me.

May has been touting Alabama as the best team in America for a couple of years now. You win the game in the trenches, and (as a former O-lineman) that is his passion.

This isn't about Illinois - this is all about the Buckeyes. They got up big early and stopped playing. It is now just an ugly game. But this is not how OSU has played in any other game this year.

Sad watching a team play down like this. A lot of people were worried about it because the practices were terrible all week. Meyer tried to head it off by warning the team through the press, but it clearly did not work. At least we are not losing, but this is just sad.
