• Auburn opened as a 1.5 point favorite at Baylor. The line is now at 2.5 on some books.
• GaTech is a 3.5 point favorite over the new look Colorado Buffalos.
• Tennessee is a 13.5 point favorite over Syracuse (Mack's note: Give me the Orangemen to cover here if the complaints about UT's QB situation are legit)
• In a rematch of last year's national title game, Ohio St. opened as a 3 point favorite over Texas. That line has since shrunk to 1.5
• Miss. St. is favored by 11.5 over Southern Miss
• Kentucky is a 7.5 point favorite over Toledo after opening as a 12.5 pt favorite.
• Georgia is a 39.5 point favorite over Marshall
• Alabama is a 13.5 point favorite over Florida St. after opening as an 11.5 point favorite.
• No line for Arkansas and Alabama A&M
• Oklahoma is favored by 35.5 over Illinois State
• Texas A&M is favored by 22.5 over UTSA

• Vandy is a 36.5 point favorite over Charleston Southern

Southern Miss is a complete unknown to start the season. They could come out flat, disorganized, and uninspired - losing by 35 points - or they could come out strong, surprise everyone, and have a chance to beat MSU if not pull out the win.

No clue what to expect in that game...

I agree about Syracuse, they will give the viles a fight.

Also that USCe vs Va Tech is one I wouldn't make in a million years. That is a difficult pick either way.

Clemson at home on opening day is going to be rocking and I just don't see LSU keeping up.

Give me Ohio State over Texas with the home field edge. If it was in Texas, I would favor Texas.
I'll take LSU over Clemson even thought it will be hostile environment
Notre Dame over Miami
Alabama over Florida State and I hope they cover and then some

Take GaTech at 3.5 over the Colorado Buffaloes and run to the bank.
I think Syracuse will cover - too much angst in the Tennersee camp.
With this much time to prepare, I'll take Texas over OSU. I trust Sark more than Day early in the season, for sure.

What do you think about the 50.5 under/over total in the Bama game. I tend to like the under. First start for Ty, and our defense is probably improved.

I like the Tide -13.5 but the under is just as tempting.
