Betting Lines for Week 5 Games of Note

• Florida St. opened as a 7.5 point favorite over Virginia
• Arkansas is a 12.5 point underdog to the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame
• No lines for Vandy and Utah State
• Ole Miss opened as a 2.5 point favorite over LSU but that number quickly moved to -1.5 in favor of LSU. Lot of early money going toward LSU
• TAMU is a 6.5 point favorite over Auburn
• Tennessee is favored by 10 over Mississippi State
• Mizzou is favored by 42.5 over UMass
• In the first game of the week, Penn State is favored by 3.5 over Oregon
• Likewise, in the second game of the week, Georgia is a 3.5 point home favorite over the Alabama Crimson Tide
• South Carolina is a 3.5 point favorite over Kentucky.
• Florida, Oklahoma, and Texas are all on bye

TAMU, Tennersee, and Mizzou should be easy money - two out of three should cover.

Ole Miss is interesting with that early line movement - I have that game as a close struggle or a misleading Ole Miss win (closer game than score).

Arkansas is very tempting; that could easily be a one-possession game...

At first glance FSU -7.5 might look good but as someone mentioned the QB health is a concern and also it's a possible trap game with FSU playing Miami the following week. I haven't seen Arkansas getting 12.5 anywhere. I'm seeing around 6 points. Maybe it dropped a lot. While I don't feel too strongly about any I'd probably take a chance on Ole Miss. They're playing at home, seem to be on a roll and have a bit of revenge on their minds from an OT loss @ LSU last year.

Vegas taking the CYA route, I see. UGA by only 3.5 at home is basically a draw. FSU by only 7.5 over UVA is saying "we ain't 100% sure of FSU."
