I went through 7 pages and have come to same conclusion. Well not really, I have come to about 2 conclusions, most Bama fans can't stand Bill Curry and he didn't say anything.

I agree. I'm not a Bill Curry fan, but I would like to see a link to where he said that.

Otherwise, it's possible that it could be another internet hoax like Coach Saban had to deal with in 2002.

No offense but check his winning percentage. His history might have been very different if he could have beaten Auburn.

26-10 at bama isn't hard to do especially when you had the players we had in the late eighties. you bother to check his embarrasing records at ga tech and kentucky?

his contempt for alabama is sickening. the only time he says anything nice, he usually has a backhand slap towards the program and fans. and his infamous "alabama mafia" drivil makes me want to slap his mr. irrelavent ***.

I vote to delete this thread as it is unsourced information (libel really) and just becoming a "let's trash Bill Curry thread", because of something he didn't write/say.

I looked hard and I can't find a link to anything like what is attributed to Curry.

This thread has ran it's course, all downhill I might add.
