Cherry County Attorney Eric Scott said that on Tuesday he filed nine counts of public indecency and one count of disturbing the peace against 35-year-old Tom Larvie, of Valentine. All are misdemeanors.

Assuming the "imprints" have all been cleaned up, where is he evidence against him?

This is by far the funniest damn thing I've heard of in a while! I'm guessing video of him rubbing his butt on stuff; that's probably good enough for evidence! But just what the hell would motivate someone to do something like this? Hell, I've never even photocopied my own butt! On the other hand, I was near Auburn today and I was thinking about mooning Toomer's Corner! :biggrin:
