I saw Caleb Castille at the Independence Bowl. He was with his Mom and they were talking to Simeon after the bowl game, and I got a pretty good look at Caleb. He could almost pass for Simeon in the face, but he has a long way to go physically if he is ever going to play in the SEC.

Being brutally honest, he looked to be only about 5'8" and 150 pounds. He has a lot of growing to do if he is ever going to play in the SEC.

Exactly what position does he play in high school and what year is he?

I believe he plays O & D . Seems like he's only about 15 . :conf3:

He plays running back and wide receiver. I don't know if he gets in on defense that often. He's listed a 5'10 and 150lb which isn't bad size for a fifteen year old kid. He is that fastest of all the brothers or he will be. Right now he runs between a 4.4 and 4.5 and you have to think he will only get faster as he matures. If he adds some size maybe he will be Bama's every down back one day.

I went to the St. Paul's-Briarwood game and the best prospect on the team to me was Sam Shade's son. He had speed and thickness, not overly tall but he is only a sophomore like Castille.

Castille lined up in the slot most of the time and was very quick but brought down pretty easily, imo.

If he were to end up as big as Tim, and retain his speed & quickness..........

FWIW, Rivals lists Caleb at 175 lbs.

Yeah, they also list schools of interest as Alabama and Auburn. I hope with two brothers going to Bama, and not to mention his father, if he is D-1 Saban material he knocks the Auburn out of the equation.

He is 5'7 140# and that is a major problem for him playing D1!
