Part of that sounds a little like the speech in Braveheart, but it does seem to underscore what has been repeated so many times on this site for the last few months. This is a process, and when we watch football this Fall we need to look at which direction we're headed and the progress we're making rather than our "location" (scoreboard/standings) at a particular point in time.
