Despite all the things the greedy jerks with their hands on the controls are doing to maximize their profits, even at the expense of the sport (imo), stories like this make me love CFB. Thanks, @Bazza !

Some of you may have watched (or heard about) the Virginia/Louisville game last night during which Perris Jones, a Virginia RB was carted off the field after a helmet to helmet hit.
We'll I'm EXTREMELY happy to report the player has regained feeling in all his extremities!
A sixth year running back from Alexandria, Virginia, Jones originally walked on to the UVA football team and earned the starting tailback job ahead of the 2022 season. Jones has appeared in 51 games over the course of his career, including 15 starts. This season, Jones has 393 rushing yards and two touchdowns.

I'm guessing 50/50?
With some recent discussion of analytics, this just reminded me of this example of the difference between looking at data for insight regarding a set of incidents vs. any single incident within the set.
*It is not exactly 50/50. But I think you're point is correct. The recent tosses really have no bearing on the next, statistically speaking.
*I do not believe any fresh coin toss is actually 50/50. It's tilted ever so slightly to the side the toss starts on.
