Chris Jordan article

Good read. I really like this guy. He looks like a hawse in that picture. He seems like he's got the right attitude and would be a huge asset to any team at any position. Let's just hope that team is Bama and I would really like to see him at RB because he looks like he would be a bruiser.

Also, he is at Brentwood Academy which has high academic standards so there should be no problem with qualifying.

Just come on down Chris -- you look good in Brentwood red but you'll look even better in Alabama Crimson.

Looks soft............doesn't like the weight room.

A break out senior season and he will get a fifth *

Gotta like the way that red helmet looks on that young man...

You've been on many a short list for a long time here in 'Bama, Chris, and we would love to see you in T-Town.

C'mon down!

That kid is going to be a monster at RB for someone.. I hope it's us...

He has been looking at us hard for sometime and that only makes me feel better about our chances.

The team that Jordan plays for, Brentwood Academy, will be playing my high school team on August 24, two weeks from today. This will be my first time to get to see him play in person. I have seen him play a few teams on T.V. and I'm definitely sold on him. If he needs to beat you to the outside he can or if he needs to just run over people he can do that as well.

I sure hope CNS can reel him in! :BigA:

I figured I would just add on to this thread instead of posting a new one.

I will be at Chris Jordan's first game tonight against Independence High School. Earlier today The Tennessean ranked Brentwood Academy (Jordan's team) #1 in the mid-state and Independence #5 in the mid-state.

No Williamson county team has never beaten BA. They are 26-0 against them. Some people think that might change tonight, but to be honest I don't see it happening. The main reason for this, is the topic of this thread, Chris Jordan. He is the real deal and I'm excited to get to see him play tonight.

I'll post later on tonight about what I saw.

Please do and thank you.

I have been following CJ a bit since this spring. He is one of a few out-of-state prospects that I have been pulling for. We got one with Damian Square. I am hoping for two out of Tennessee--CJ and Barrett Jones.

Time will tell, time will tell.:cool2:

We will look forward to your report, and thanks again.

First off, the BA-IHS game only lasted one half, but it took me at lot less longer than a half to be completely sold on Chris Jordan. Going in I knew that this guy had a great amount of talent, but to say he has tremendous talent doesn't do him justice.

He had 3 td's in one half and it seemed absolutely effortless, against a good high school team in Independence. He was just flat out running over guys, and not just in one on one situations, he made holes for himself when the line didn't block anyone simply by running over IHS' front seven.

I've said it once and I'll say it again, Chris Jordan is the real deal and I sure do hope CNS can rake him in!

Awesome info, man, thanks.

Why did the game only last on half, though?

Not a problem, I'm glad you found the info useful but the game was called at halftime due to lightning in the surrounding area. The game will be completed tonight. Unfortunately I'm leaving town so, I won't be able to attend.

But last night Jordan had 146 rushing yard on 18 carries and 3 TD's. IN ONE HALF!
