Great article! Unfortunately he won't be our secret weapon for long when articles like this start popping up.
I agree 100% with ya..But it's great to see him get props for the awesome job he's done..I'm not worried to much about him leaving..I've read him & his wife absolutely love it in Tuscaloosa..We will match & counter any offer that comes his way to keep him..Hopefully he'll have a long & successful career here at Bama..
It's true. I have never seen so many recruits talk about a Strength and Conditioning coach like they do Coach Cochran. He is an amazing asset to The Process. RTR.

He is great. However, I'd point out that the S&C coach has to have the support of the HC and the position coaches. In the last regime, that wasn't true. The S&C coach is only effective if he has support from the top down...

TideMan09, I'd never seen the video prior to my google for Coach Cochran. So, it was new to me and others, perhaps. I didn't know he had New Orleans and LSU connections, when Coach Saban was there. I hope you didn't think I was complaining bajeaux..Cause I wasn't..But yeah that video caused a big stink with the Dawg Fans in The Blackout Game when we played them..And it made Coach Cochran an instant Bama Legend.Thanks for posting it..It never gets old watching it..

Also reminds me of Caoch Saban saying that he wanted to make Bama the team other teams hate to play. That game was such a good indicator of what was to come.

I know exactly what you are referring to Earle, and I agree, of course Coach Cochran has the full support of Coach Saban, and therefore the rest of the staff has no choice but to support him.
A little unrelated to the topic overall, but I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction from here. There is a thread on bodybuilding.com where the strength programs of many football teams can be downloaded. A couple I have managed to get there include Florida, Michigan, an old Notre Dame, and a bunch of smaller schools (like Samford). Does anyone know of a place I can get Bama's? I kinda doubt it is even possible, and even if it were, I know it would be at least somewhat close to the other programs. I would just like to have it just to say I do (and yeah, I would probably have to try it out just to say I did).
