I just don’t understand giving these coaches such huge buyouts. 90% never live up to expectations. You’d be better off spending that money on recruiting/ facilities than paying off three different coaches.
Indiana is a reason not to give someone a big pile of money for one good season.

Pretty mediocre hire for a team with "unlimited resources"! They are about to fall back to the "Little Brother" role when Texas enters the SEC.
