Just don't see Daboll as a college coach. Think he may be offered an OC job with an NFL team.
What does that mean, what if? In his 5 years at LSU, He was 8-4, 10-3, 8-5, 13-1 , 9-3. Every season his teams had 2-3 score+ blowout losses except the championship year. Not exactly the stuff of legends. It was more like 13-1 NC was an anomaly , rather than the norm. Those numbers would get Kalen DeBoer fired. I will admit he get LSU in the right track though.I think Nick really appreciates his time at Bama and really enjoys the community, but he's said multiple times before that his biggest regret is leaving LSU. For a man that's driven by achievement, he'll always have a "what if" floating in the back of his mind. I don't like that Nick has been that vocal about it, but it is what it is.
Do you mean Sumrall?Obviously, this is a rumor because it’s just people repeating what they have read online and on FB...
At church tonight, I had a handful of Auburn fans say they don't like the Golesh hire. Sumlin was who they wanted. They said they've heard that their AD is already getting in the way. He demanded that DJ Durkin remain on staff. Sumlin said no, Golesh said yes.
If this is even remotely true then nothing has changed over there, they will never learn. You can't push a coach around and have success. They'll be looking for a new coach in 3, 4 years tops.
