If he improves on his win total next year, McElwain will become a hot name in some coaching searches. Rightfully so. He's done a good job there in two years - improved the team immediately (taking a 3 win team and winning 4 in his first year) then doubling the number of wins in year 2. He has some talent coming back next year too, but will have to replace most of his OL.
