As stated in another thread- "Haters gonna hate". BTW, Cowherd is an idiot with a loud mouth. Not that our team needs it, but if the media continues to dump on Bama, not sure I would want to be the Spartans.

Ask him if we're the most boring team to win 15 national titles. Btw - 2002 Ohio St was a boring team, too - but they won. So was 1986 Penn State. I'd rather win and be boring than lose by being exciting. Baylor is exciting. I don't see Baylor here.

CBS and ESPN would disagree. Heck, I am living overseas and even AFN has Bama on pretty much every weekend. Bama draws in viewers by the millions, if that is boring I’ll take it.

Cowherd is disgusting. He tries to come off as a guy that knows more than you do about sports, yet he's misinformed. In what way was Trent Richardson overused? How many players does Bama have who are successful in the NFL now?

I really hope AJ takes the Bengals to the Super Bowl and calls Cowherd at the half.

It didn't hit me until the other night watching ESPN's 30/30 about the Buffalo Bills that they ran the HUNH, which is so fun to watch. They made it to four straight superbowls, but never won one. They were high octane and put up the points. I guess the boring teams that ran pro-style offenses are really upset about wearing their world championship rings.

I may be in the minority but I kind of like Cowherd. He offers a different opinion than what you get with the traditional talk show programs. He also has a wide variety of interesting guests on his show. I don't always agree with him (obviously) but I find his show entertaining. When I listen to something like Cowherd it's purely for entertainment and not so much analysis. YMMV..

I used to kind of like him too whenever I was able to listen to him. I haven't heard him in a few years though. I go into to it knowing he will bash us here and there, but it is what people in that business do. I don't take them seriously.

Boring in football means have a dominating defense and then playing to your strength. Somehow I think Coach Saban and the players are in it to win championships, not gain a bunch of fair weather fans.

This week, Cowherd is apparently taking a few shots at Alabama. The FOX Sports radio host isn’t a fan of how “bland” the program has been during the Nick Saban era.
Cowherd called Alabama the “Wal-Mart of college football” when discussing the team’s lack of quarterback success at the next level.
